Our caviar is produced by authorized dealers who are monitored and controlled by 1) CITES, 2) FDA, and 3) U.S. Customs. Our caviar is documented to derive from legally acquired sturgeon and carries no threat to the sturgeon species of the world. All other gourmet foods offered by CAVIARetc are imported in compliance with domestic and international laws of trade.
